The Big Bertha 460 Driver is designed with a geometry close to the dimensional limit set by the USGA/R&A for length and width. This enables Callaway Golf engineers to incorporate a 460cc head design with a shallower face, flatter crown and the highest Moment of Inertia ever in a Callaway Golf all-titanium head, resulting in longer and straighter off-center shots. In addition, the Stretched Head Design allows the CG to be positioned deeper within the clubhead to achieve optimum ball flight and maximum forgiveness.

Well out of all the drivers I have demoed (18 to be exact) I purchased this one. It looks really pleasing at address and also sounds really good when you hit it, not overwhelming but not whimpy. The first time I used this was in a league match. I launched the ball 325 yards. I had never even come close to doing that! It was straight down the middle and with a little draw. It is very forgiving on mis-hits for distance and how straight the ball is. The shaft is a little weak so I plan on getting that replaced, but other than that this club is phenominal. I highly reccomend it over the 4 Taylormade, 2 Cobra, 2 Titleist, 5 OTHER Callaways, Mizuno, Bridgestone, Adams, Cleveland, and Ping. There is no other club like it and I made my purchase with price as no object; this club is not expensive either.
Have only had this club in my bag for a week but have had excellent success with it. It is more forgiving than most drivers because of the CG being so far back. I like it.
This driver replaced my r7 Quad, and it is much more effective. I have the 55 gram Aldila NVS Stiff shaft (standard) and it works great. The only downside to being so light is the high ball flight. I typically get backspin on my driver. Nonetheless, it makes a great flight and great sound at impact.
