Played this morning at 7:00 AM. Fairways were in great condition (well trimmed and few divot marks) and greens were rolling smooth and slow (moist greens). Tee boxes on some of the holes were a little beat up. Bunkers were in great shape. It was cold and moist this morning, but warmed up around 7:45 AM.

Tee boxes were slightly beat up. Some bunkers unraked, but the sand was of good quality. Greens were consistent and the staff
was great.

Played on 2/23. Fairways were yellow and thin in some spots. Tee boxes slightly beat up. Greens were in fantastic shape, however. 4.5 hours for a round on a municipal course for a Sunday morning is not bad at all.
