Tuesday & Thursday tourny with friends from all over the US. They loved the course, staff was as always perfect. Course is in pristine shape, I was a little worried as the Lakes course is closed for new greens and other rehab. But, They have kept up the desert course and everything was just right. I always highly recommend this place on the way to Vegas or Mesguite or stopping at Primm. The $$$ problems were evident, we had the place to ourselvess,, not the usual for Primm. A must play at least once...

last thursday, fri and sat tourny, stayed in Laughlin, all laughlin courses are torn up so off to Kingman. This is a desert course, with hills and valleys and WIND and very nice folks running the place and fun locals. Did I say it gets WINDY? At first ya think It will be a cupcake then you get into the wind, see the rocks, see the protection of the greens. It is in very nice condition right now. It is about 35 minutes from Laughlin, Bullhead. If you get tired of the Avi and other Laughlin courses I recommend Cerbat Cliffs. It is an easy drive. Very good staff. Priced right.

Early Wednesday tee time, $105, this USED to be in my top 10. Cant advise one particular item or area that bumped it out of there, but, it isnt the same anymore. Maybe it is due to loosing the Bob Hope,{rumer}? Maybe its the grainy greens, maybe its the workers that dont understand that the customers just paid $105 and dont want to hear the machines from 5 feet. Maybe its no GPS on the $105 carts,, nice carts, no gps, I have a Skycaddie, but you would think?,,, The place is still beautiful, its still tough and fun and the staff is fine,, just not as special as the last time here. I have played here 6 times. I think I will just go down the road to Eagle Falls, same conditions, same service,, for $39. Too bad, always got excited when I knew we were doing The Classic Club........Maybe its my thinking I am paying for a MONSTER clubhouse they are stuck with. But $5 for a can of Bud Lite isnt going to do it. Very sad for me.

2nd time here, 1st time 2 weeks after opening, things have gotten a lot better. Greens are like carpet,, too bad regulars dont repair the ballmarks. We maybe repaired 10 each 1st 2 holes and then said to hell with it,, too many, fixed ours and in the way ones and felt bad but got tired of it. Maybe get the marshall out of the cart and drop the clipboard and fix a few. We were not first off, we noticed most marks were old. 7Am tee time today, a 10,18, 23 ,and a lady 32 hdcp, two have played before and two first timers. Very surprised at the quality of the track since last played, greens were very smooth, practice green is perfect, and course greens should be the same, they are but for the ball marks. Fairways and tee boxes and bunkers were all very nice. We let a 3 some thru after a few holes and had the place to ourselves rest of the day. Problems for us were the few tricked out holes that to be honest irritated most of us maybe tooo much. Some holes very easy,, some holes unfair.play a couple irons and get par,, but ,,who likes to play that way.
Sooo,, I would return if someone or my guys insisted, wouldnt complain, but would not choose as a regular destn. Maybe its me but hybrids and 5 woods off the tee way too many times isnt my cup of bud lite. I do want them to succeed, the parking lot had a lot of cars when we finished. I personally didnt find the course fun. The 2 first timers want to return. In my humble opinion the greens are the attraction to this course,, if they were kept up better, and they are very nice right now, more folks would find their way here. No driving range, no food to speak of, nice cart gal, staff was great, no regular bathrooms, carts were very nice. Coffee in the morning would have made my guys happy at 6:45 in the morning,, how tough is that? all in all happy I did D.L again.

Ahhh,, the Goose,,, always a fun experience. But, and I hate following Father Cheesburger on these sad days,, BUT,, the greens are a little messed up. A couple have a drainage, fungus,or just dead areas on the outer edges. Some have spots, dry spots. It is obvious they had to cut them low for the big deal tournys and then the heat got to them. They are addressing this and they placed the pins where it doesnt get in the way much. We are sooo used to the goose being in PERFECT shape this was a shocker. Now it isnt THAT bad, still a great track, still very playable, fairways are great, and staff as usual is terrific. We would play again tomorrow.

first out AM thursday,,this track is in wonderful shape right now, $39 till end of Sept is a steal for this course in this area. Greens ,tee boxes, fairways and even traps were just great. A fun layout. some holes are kinda easy then wham you have to hit a great shot if you want to score. fun par 3s and tricky par 5s. When in the Palm Springs area I will always choose Eagle Falls first for all the above reasons. Will return as soon as wife saves enough to return to Fantasy Springs. If you can stand a little high temp golf this is the place right now.

See Cheesburger,s review below, I usually agree with him on most posts, and Trilogy right now is in great shape.. I do have a few suggestions to make this track even better,,, stop filling up the bunkers with water, some were great, some were mud, and yes I was in a lot of them Thursday AM. Practice green scared the he!! out of us as it was super slow, BUT, the greens on course were just fine, not fast but nothing like the practice green. Stop that!! make the practice green the best green. The place was empty, I am happy that a lot of folks go to Dos Lagos to save a couple $$$,, but it seemed to us seniors that if Trilogy had a decent, not cheap, but decent senior rate on weekdays they would have more business. We dont play Dos Lagos, not untill it gets bettter, much better. Trilogy was fun, not too hard, lots of very nice scenery, Back 9 was a lot of fun..... We will be back..

Havent been here for awhile,, we will change that. This place is really fun. Greens are almost perfect, hold shots, putts need to be right on or ya miss. Smooth and sorta fast. Everything else is very nice. Once you forget the dirt surroundings outside the fairways and rough ya have a straightaway tough, fun track. The ladies in the snack shop are wonderful, food and drinkies are priced right and front desk folks are happy to see you. A nice day. We will return soon.

Greens are in great shape, fairways and rough very nice. Tee boxes were a bit rough with heavy divots, bunkers were wet, but thats due to keeping the course wet during this hot time of year. Carts had NO sand in bottles, we fight slow play with sand repairing divots in the fairways, the sand buckets on the tees had no scoops, what did they think ? we were going to grab a handfull? This is dumb, most folks would and do repair divots, The marshal seems to drive around, maybe he should be doing something? We have heard rumors re the SCGA up for sale. We know that they are not as busy due to housing slump. We can tell they do NOT have the same # of on course employees. Staff still there are friendly and professional. We love this track, we have always supported it by driving looooong ways to play. BUT,, they are not going to get too much of our AFTER play business with the prices they are now charging. We used to stay and do lunch and a couple of beers, but they are presently we assume, trying to gain revenue with high food and drink prices. The eating area was empty. It could be interesting how this sale works out. understand East Valley is having membership problems already and Eagle Glen seems to be heading in the same direction. Too bad as these are some of our favorites. One would think with $4 + gas these places would do ANYTHING to get NEW business. The senior rate is terrific at SCGA, and as everyone knows seniors are the revenue besides tournys during the work week. We will continue to support SCGA untill they drive us away. There are a lot of choices in the Temecula area.

agree as usual with most reviews, BUT, and this is trying to be helpful, the greens are tired, time to put the pins in those crappy spots, make us whine for a week,,, but it will get the traffic off the regular spots. Time to heal the greens. Lots of ball marks today,, Hummmmm. Staff was great, course looked and played as usual GREAT. We will be back. Fix the greens.... they need rest.

I played Eagle Glen today, I have read a few of the reviews below and have issues with some of them. First off Eagle Glen is 5 minutes from Trilogy and Dos Lagos. That said its our opinion that the folks that think a course is a course are playing Dos Lagos to save $10. We have done Dos Lagos one time, we wont go back, we think its a mess of a course,,, but if it clears up EG and Trilogy thats a good thing. The greens were VERY good today, fast and tricky, no sand, no bare spots, held shots nicely. The fairways are a bit rough in spots, it was 100 degrees today, the grass will get beat up. Everything else on the course was very good, speed of play was just right. Senior rate of $45 is right on, worth it for sure. NOW FOR the COMPLAINTS, or better yet words of advice. I HAVE never before counted range balls, but when we put or $5 coin in the machine and 29 thats twenty nine balls dropped out we looked at each other and laughed our butts off,, one of the guys kept pushing the button, maybe the machine was broken,, not so. Now we usually dont think about $5 too much but this is stupid cheap. 2 breakfast burritos and 2 cokes $22 BEFORE TIP. a SIXPACK OF BUD LIGHT,, $25.... We did not go into the clubhouse to have a sandwich or a libation after the round, We posted and went down to Toms Place. Great course, good service, they think they are the 4 Seasons, soooo bring your own stuff.
Fun course,,, we will return soon.

As reported in March the place LOOKS GREAT. But this time {thurs} the greens were SLOOOOOOOW. Stupid slow. We wont be back until someone advises they are back to kinda slow regular. The members should be proud of the appearance, but should be upset re the greens.... let us know and we will return.
