I played on Tuesday, 4/25, and "The Goose" is in absolutely fantastic shape for a reasonably priced public golf facility. Tee boxes are tight and firm, Fairways are immaculate, and the greens are healthy and receptive. They're on the slow side, but putt pretty true.

Overall, a wonderful experience right now, and I highly recommend it.

Just played Cross Creek, and the course is rounding into excellent shape again as the cool season grasses have started filling in the bare spots. The greens right now are PERFECT. Firm, fast, and difficult. Bring your 'A' game to Cross Creek -- especially if you plan on playing the black tees!
