Its too bad this course has gone severely down hill the past year or so. The owners just don't care about the conditions its seems like and just trying to barely keep the golf course playable. This is the only golf course that I know of that is unable to grow grass. The fairways are hard pan and have basically no grass. The bunkers are full of construction like sand/pebbles which makes it impossible to hit actual bunker shots. All the muni courses in SoCal are like private club conditions compared to this course lately.

Hopefully they start to spend some money on their business like a business is supposed to and make it how it used to be otherwise this course will end up being avoided by most especially at these prices. Its too bad because this course has some real big potential to be the best course in ventura county but they need to want that and put in the effort.
