Moorpark County Club is in Immaculate shape. Greens, Fairways and Rough all get a rare 10 out of 10. Tee boxes 8 and Sand Traps 7. It’s no wonder this course has won Greenskeeper.org’s Best Playing Conditions in Ventura County award 4 times! If you want to experience pure med/fast yet receptive bent greens, this is the place to play. Also the facilities and clubhouse are tops.

Longball23 and I played the Creekside/Canyon Crest combo today. Survive the Creekside nine and score on the Canyon Crest nine. There a many long forced carries and tight landing area on the Creekside nine. Once you get to the Canyon Crest nine, despite it being challenging in it’s own right off the tee, it’s seems almost wide open on certain holes. Love this course!!! Highly Recommended.
