Played on April 19, 2009. The round took 5 1/4 hours; way too long for this course. Rounds here have become very slow in recent time. As I have seen over the years, the course conditions continue to deteriorate as the greens are showing signs of severe problems and there are so many areas (both fairway and rough) that look like they are in a drought. I don't like the "desert" conversion because these areas are poorly maintained. The course has lost so much of what made it a fun place to play. All they seem to care about is taking your money without putting any of it back into the facility.

Played on Saturday, the 18th of April at 11:00. It took over 5 1/2 hours to get through the round. Extremely slow, with a couple of lagging groups ahead of us; and of course we never saw a marshal to do anything . Course was in fair shape, at best. It's just another L.A. public course in quality. The fairways, rough and tee boxes were pretty pathetic with whatever that is the try to pass of as grass. The greens had a good speed to them, but were bumpy. On the other hand, the bunkers were quite good overall. Also, a very flat course. At $47 to walk, I won't be back. There are far better deals out there.
