Huge Disappointment. Greens were horrible. This course has taken a dive over the last couple of years. Definately not worth the money.

Played Tijeras Creek on June 9th, course was wet (one of those overcast mornings)but in nice shape.
Just like everone says, two different nines.
The back nine was fun.

On Santa Margarita golf team. Play at Tijeras atleast twice a week. Course is in very great shape, a little sands on 2 holes, but other than that, greens are good. You would never think that yuor playing the same course after you play both of the nines. Back nine is very unique and excellent. Great service and junior program!

Played 4-29-03 and thought the course was in good shape. Some greens still had sand from being punched. The two nines were like paying two different courses. Would play again even at $80.

Played the course on Thurs. 3/20/03. Was very disappointed. The carts had to stay on the cart path. If you have trouble shots it was hard to speed up the play. The foursome behind us was loud and rude. We were trying to keep up with the group in front of us. It just takes a little more time for couples to play, because after the men hit we have to drive to the women's tees.
We did let the group play through, and interesting enough we kept up with them. However, who likes to play golf with a hurry up and hit mentality at the prices we pay today. I like to relax and enjoy the game of golf. If I want to run--I go to the track to run. It was a spoiled day for me. Dj 3/03

Some of the worst greens ever. Tons of sand and mud. It would take you 5 minutes to clean the mud off the green so you wouldn't putt over it. The rough hadn't been cut in weeks.

Just played and was disappointed on the condition of the front nine. Long tee boxes and bumpy greens. The back was in much better shape. We played early so maybe they hadn't mowed the front yet but for $80 you would think they would make it a high priority!

Course was in great shape. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rate offered us an exeptional golfing value. Could not have had a better day
