Played Oak Quarry on 8/15 with my son. Been about 11 years since I've last played here and can't understand why it took so long to come back. Beautiful course! We had a nice cloud cover for about 15 holes and when we left it was a gorgeous 77 degrees!!!

Good combination of nice wide fairways on some holes and some holes playing tighter (hole 6 comes to mind). Ball sat up nicely on the fairways. Rough was not too penal.

Greens were very nice! Rolled true although I thought they would be a little faster.

Staff were incredible, we pulled into the parking lot and 2 minutes later, a cart showed up and loaded our bags. When we walked up to check in, they were on carts and ready to go.

As soon as we putted out on 18, my son turns to me and says "Dad, we can we come back". That says it all!

Was out in La Quinta for the 4th of July weekend and found this gem thanks to Greenskeeper so my son and I and some friends tried it out and boy I'm glad we did.

I had a booked a 3some and my son's friend decided to come out and play at the last minute. That last spot was filled when I called to add the fourth but Matt was able to arrange it so that we would have our foursome and push the single on two groups behind. Couldn't have appreciated that effort Matt made on our behalf more. Thanks, Matt!

This course was an absolute gem. Couldn't believe how green it was from tee to green. It's a very challenging golf course. Not a lot of room to miss outside the wide fairways. Greens were a bit bumpy and slow but held shots and overall very nice. The layout was incredible with each hole offering a little something different.

$49 summer rate with all the balls you can hit. We were the first group out on the course so pace of play was not an issue. We had two beginners with us but were able to keep ahead of the group behind us at all times but having them pick up after double par.

Will definitely come back out to play this one!

Played CrossCreek on 6/17, Father's Day weekend.

It had been about 10 years since last playing this course and I'm wondering why it has been so long after playing this weekend. What a great layout, great conditions, pace of play, etc.

This course is a real challenge, if you don't bring a solid game to this course, you will get eaten up. You don't have to be a single digit but you better hit it fairly straight.

The layout is phenomenal, you start off the first few holes winding through trees, then it opens up for a number of holes then you finish winding back through trees, culminating into a incredible finishing hole that requires an accurate tee shot, your 2nd shot needs to hit over brush onto a green guarded by trees on the right side.

Greens were beautiful, rolled perfectly. Rough was not very hard to hit out of ball sat up most times. Fairways in really good condition. Sand was in good condition.

All in all, I won't wait another 10 years to come back here to play.

Had a chance to play this course on 6/13 while on a business trip. What a nice course!

The course had a great layout giving you many options off the tee. I chose the Blue tees (6500 yards) but it was playing a lot shorter and only hit driver 4 times which was a bummer. A lot of 4 irons/Hybrids off the tee for positioning.

Water on every hole, the greens were excellent, held shots, medium to slow in speed.

Rough wasn't too penal ball rarely sat down in the rough mostly sitting up.

Fairways were in great condition, it had been raining on a daily basis (no surprise there) so there were a few fairways with a little water but no biggie.

Customer service was top notch from the girl in the clubhouse, to the cart person, to the kid meeting me at the first hole.

Pace of play was just over 4 hours. I played as a single and groups on the front nine were letting me play through until I met this foursome who said there is no where to go in front of us so we're not letting you play through. And all four proceeded to dribble the ball around the back nine. It was brutal.

Played Alondra on 12/23 with some buddies from work. The rains from last Wed left the course with many puddles of water but that was expected with the downpour we had.

Got to the course and it was pretty empty, surpisingly. Tee time was 9:30 and we got right out. We played lift clean and place as it seemed every drive left the ball full of mud.

Never been a big fan of Alondra but the course was in good condition and the pace of play was excellent.

Tee boxes were for the most part level and not to beat up.

Fairways in good shape, there are a couple of holes (13 comes to mind) where the fairway is always really thin

Greens were slow and bumpy but played acceptably considering the rain.

The most important part was that I was able to get out with some friends and had a great time out there.

Played Lake Tahoe Golf Course a couple of times while on vacation (8/29 & 8/31)

Got out on 8/29 after a 40 minute frost delay (33* when I got there), paired me with three locals. Finished in just under 4 hours. They were great helping me with the layout of the course. The conditions were great considering what is becoming the norm down here in So Cal. The course was green and lush, the greens held shots and rolled true. Not much rough to speak of. Playing early in the morning, the sand was damp which made it tough to play out of. Absolutely loved the layout of the course. Many irons off the tee.

The locals invited me back out on 8/31 to play with them again. Two days later, it was 50 degrees and we got out on time. Tee'd off at 7:10 and were done by 10:30. Great pace of play. If you are in South Lake Tahoe, this course is a treat and reasonably priced ($59 normally, was able to play the second time for $29 thanks to the locals)

Played on 6/18, it's been about 10+ years since playing here last. It was an absolutely awesome time! We had two groups for my buddy's 60th.

The course was in incredible shape. From tee to green, we were all impressed by the conditions. I didn't putt well but loved the greens. Almost all of my putts rolled true. The fairways were so nice and lush. Found myself in one sandtrap (fairway) and found it easy to hit out of. Highlight of the round, hit my 8 iron to a one foot on hole 11 for a tap in birdie!!!

We've decided to come back a few times a year!!!

Played CW on 8/23 got out as the fifth group. Fourth group never showed and the group behind us was extremely slow so it felt like we had the course to ourselves. A very nice buffer between the group in front and behind us.

What we noticed immediately was the condition of the greens, they were damaged badly. We couldn't figure it out. They looked as though they were punched and never recovered. It wasn't until hole 7 that we figured it out. Flocks of birds were on the greens and just destroying it.

Pretty sad because the rest of the course wasn't that bad. Always liked the layout of CW.

I probably won't be coming back for quite some time.

Played the Greg Norman course on 8/9/14 as a single, first one out. Played 18 holes in 2 hours, 10 minutes. Condition of the course was incredible, the only issue was that the greens were recovering from aeration but I knew that going in thanks to Greenskeeper so it didn't bother me. The guys in the golf shop were awesome, not only talking about golf but telling me the hot spots in Palm Springs as my wife and I were celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary!

Played in a two day tournament on May 30/31. Played the Resort course twice. The conditions were really impressive. Greens slow but rolled true. Layout was solid, not very punishing.

Enjoyed my rounds there immensely and will be back there next year for the tournament.

Great layout, conditions were excellent. Only complaint would be the sand traps, not in the best condition but that's a minor complaint.

Definitely added to my favorites list.

Very nice gold course. The front nine plays much different than the back nine. Front nine more demanding off the tee, back nine more open as the holes play next to each other. Course in very good condition.

Lack of a clubhouse hurts the experience.

Despite the clubhouse situation, I would play this course again.
