After several days of frost delays, it was nice to actually get out on time (Early) Still very cold and winter conditions exist. Greens rolled well and pretty quick. Fairways looking good, rough is dormant but plays just fine.

Course is finally replacing sand in many of the greenside bunkers ..... long overdue. Also a few tee boxes being leveled.

First off at 6:10am. Very cold, still some frost in the low areas, but not enough to close the course. The ball sure doesn't travel very far in 39 degree temperatures! Greens rolling very true and pretty quick. Fairways are green but the rough looks terrible, but doesn't play as bad as it looks.

New sand in some of the greenside bunkers helps, but more work is needed. Otherwise course is overall in decent shape

Also a couple of the tee boxes have been redone. Not crazy about the changes to #3 tee !

Out early on Saturday to beat the heat and the crowds. Greens rolling very true and reasonably quick. Too bad because they will begin aeration on 10/19/15, including tees and rough. No over seeding of the fairways this year, so course will only be closed for 4 days starting 10/20/15.

I've heard some mixed reviews about this course in the past. I played last Friday and really enjoyed my round. I found the course to be forgiving and costly at same time. Depending how you hit the ball off the tee you will see what I mean. Tee boxes were in great shape for this time of year, level and green without a lot divot marks. Fairways were in above good shape. I can only recall just couple bare spots on the south track and they were usually around where carts were going in and out from the cart path. The one trap I was in was in great shape and my playing partners said the same thing about the traps they were in. My favorite part about the round was the greens. I thought they rolling pretty true most of the day with above average speed and there is nothing worse then putting on slow bumpy greens. I really enjoyed the layout and thought this was a course that you really had to use all your clubs from tee to green and can't wait to play it again.

Wow ! What difference a day makes! Yesterday the course was packed with people, and this morning it was empty, I mean nobody around anywhere. Based on Friday's play I thought it would be loaded. (I guess the rich people go away on the long weekends?. I wouldn't know because I'm not one of them)

Course is probably in the best shape it's been all year, which is only fitting because we're getting ready to overseed and punch greens. Seems that's always the case, that when the course is in the best condition, they begin maintenance.

Great morning - nobody around, perfect weather, and I actually made a few putts. Isn't golf glorious !

As always first off so pace not an issue. (Lots of maintenance however)

Nice to be back home after a two week trip to the midwest. Course looking good, but still some issues with the greenside bunkers. Greens rolled well and were more receptive than usual. I noticed some trimming of the areas around some of the creeks to allow better views for the green. Nice touch !
