First out on 4/11/08 and I like the course. Greens are fast (9 to 9.5) I think and the ball goes where it is hit. I would play it again.

Played over Labor Day Weekend. Can't beat the Summer rates. $40 All day + carts included. Course conditions were almost perfect (greens were a tad slow). No golfers in front or back of our foursome.(could've been the 108* temp). Other than that, best value in the Coachella Valley!

9/25, early tee time, right after ladies club groups, o'boy, wouldnt let me thru so I skipped a couple holes and off I went. This will be difficult,, conditions? they were almost perfect,,,green, lush, lakes were clear as a mountain stream. Desk Guy was a grump,, starter was a great guy, very helpful,, kids were professional. But,, this is the easiest golf course I have played in a long time. If anyone looses a ball on this track they are really bad. Oh,, there are houses sorta near the place but the fairways are sometimes 200 yards wide,,, just dont aim anywhere near trouble and off you go. I think this is a perfect couples course, maybe I would want to play here in a few years,, but,, if you have any type of game and you are in the desert I would go elsewhere. Thats just me,, but it does not present very many challenges. But it is in terrific shape........ I had no problem finishing the skipped holes,, not too many players.

Played laborday weekend sunday early morning for the 1st time.Obviously we're not resident of palm springs only visit when is long weekend to spend good time as semi-vacation.First of all is unbelievable how could maintain this excellent conditions with 100 + more degrees of summer temperature. That day was really hot also reaching 110 degrees with humidity from ground.Prestine conditions of fairways & greens(bit slow).Tipycal country club course holes passing between house & house.Really well maintained course.
CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Played Sunday 8-13 at 7:22 a.m. No driving range and putting green is near clubhouse away from 1st hole. The course was in good shape for the summertime. Greens were slow, but rolled fairly. Overall conditions were good, but there was no water on the course in August! Course always in good to great shape in season and is fun and easy track. Wide open and can't get into much trouble here. Will definately play again.
