Just finished at Chula Vista (1/15/11)... Took 3:35 minutes... to play NINE HOLES! Course is kind of just okay. Certainly not worth that kind of torture. I left after nine... it was brutal. Reason it's easy to get a tee time here is they stack 'em like firewood on the first tee.

Played 12-14-2010 course in good shape. Always a bit of a mess when it comes to customer service. City owned, you know the drill. Cheap $26 with cart on golf now

Played on 8/24/10. Course in good shape, greens very slow, which kept me from some birdies and caused 2 three putts! Just kidding. I blame it on the 5some in front of us that wouldn't let us pass. Tough conditions out there, windy and hot. Fun course, very challenging par 73.

Easily to get at great tee time, staff was very friendly and helpful. The Ambassador's were very helpful, friendly. Pase of play was very smooth, a little slow getting off of the first tee, about 20 minutes late, however, the pace of play picked up after the third hole.
Very emjoyable day.

This is challenging track!!! If you plan to play here and you're a 13-20 handycap, bring extra balls; hazards are waiting for your errant shots in almost every hole. Fairways seems wide but the creek on the right and the fence on the left appear like they have magnets.

Played here yesterday. The course is in good shape with greens smooth and at times bumpy, fairways thin with minimal bare spots at the back nine, rough about 1-3 inches long with some bare spots, and some tee boxes uneven.

Overall, what I liked about this course are the greens, the green fee, and the challenge.

Played June 6. Greens rolled well and had firmed up since I last played here. Fairways were in good shape. Pace of play was a little slow but we were paired with some fairly slow players.

This is a challenging course when the wind blows and most players will hit every club in the bag here. Very walkable and $19 is a great deal for weekend twilight.
