Played Saturday morning. Course is still recovering in some places after the recent aerafication. Especially the greens. Greens are still a bit bumpy but lighting fast. Fairways are coming around very well and so is some of the tee boxes. Just wished some players would fill in their Divots. Driving range is also looking fairly well. Customer Service at check in was a bit out of their norm. Sense a little rudeness coming from the starter at the pro shop. He must of been having a bad day. Practice area is coming around very well.

Played this morning on the South side. My birthday is tomorrow so I decided to use my birthday round today. Fairways are in fair condition with very little roll due to the dampness in the morning. The greens are starting to need some serious work because of very soggy conditions. With all the traffic on the greens it seems the that ball is bouncing a lot. Tee boxes are fair and I notice some of the bunkers on the South are in need of Sand. The Course did get new mats for the driving range as well as much needed new range balls. Dining area has great "Salads" so maybe you can try one next time you play L.S. So there you go" Know before you go".

Played today on the North side. Want the truth? Well here it is. Front 9 of the North was in terrible shape. The course is putting way too much water on the fairways which is creating large Mud damaged area's on
most of the Fairways. The Course also had most of the tee boxes moved forward to the Reds. The greens were absolutely terrible, to many bumps like if the greens were Not cut. Terrible ! The Back 9 had almost the same issues but with some of the fairways in better (not great) condition but yet tolerably. Greens a bit better. All around condition of the North Side today was poor. I should of played the South. I heard it was in great shape. There it is Gk players. Now you know before you go.

played on Nov 2nd. Couldn't ask for a better day to play. The Course is great shape but with a exceptions of just a few Dry Spots on some of the fairways as well as close to some greens. Driving Range in great conditions with all you can hit for free ranges balls. Other than that the Course is ready for the "Greenskeeper" crowd come December. Plenty of good sand in all bunkers, Tee Boxes in good shape and the greens in great condition. Customer Service was outstanding as always.

Played yesterday and I must say that the Course is in great shape. Greens in great condition with the ball holding very well, good sand in most bunkers, fairways a little thin but in very good shape but the tee boxes do need a little work. This is also one of my favorite course in the I.E.

played today on the North side. Fairways, bunkers and greens still looking pretty good. Wish that they wouldn't put so much water on the fairways, doesn't let the ball roll as far as you would like it to. Aerafication on the North Side starts on Monday the 23rd and 24th.

The Babe side is having a $44 dollar special everyday (except weekends) until further notice . So my buddy and I decided to give it a shot. Tee off at 6:40 am which was a good time because the heat is to return today hitting over 100 degrees. Most Tee boxes were chewed up and tough to find a flat spot. Fairways were nice but with a lot of divots that were not filled in with sand or dirt. Plenty of Sand in the bunkers, now the greens which I feel are the most important part of the Course. Greens were nice, rolled well and true with very little to none damaged. The Course was in pretty decent shape considering the amount of play its getting because of the $44 dollar rate.

played this Saturday morning at 6:32 am. Pace of play ? What pace of play. We were the 2nd group out and the 1st group was a 2some and they played fast. We finished in 3 hours and 20 minutes. Course in great condition, greens are in the best shape I have seen. Fairways and bunkers in great shape too. Really enjoyed my round today. Check in was quick and professional.

Like Chevelle I also played the north side on Friday the 23rd. Teed off at 6:30 am and the pace of play was very good. I agree with everything "Chevelle" said but I might add that the Snack bar after the 6th hole par 3 is still closed for renovations and I might also add that the large Sand bunker on 18 on the right side is being taken out (thank goodness). It's been leveled out and it has "ground under repair" signs I guess until the grass grows in. The biggest complaint I have about the North side is that they are watering the North too much, so many Wet spots and Mud. So there it is just letting you " know before you go"

played today with a couple of Gk"s early am. Couse was in good shape though it looked like the greens were sanded recently. Fairways in great shape. Pace of play was good. I still say that Goose Creek has the best practice facility in the I.E.

played today with "turbo4gio" a New Member to the GK family. They are soaking this North side course with too much water. Almost reluctant to take a divot out for fear of getting a face full of MUD. Greens were receptive and true. Pace of play was just a little over 4 hours. Only draw back was that they had the Driving Range closed all day for maintenance work. Hard to get this body started when your not warm up a bit.

played today with new member "Turbo4gio" and I must continue to say that the South Side is looking very good. Plenty of sand in the bunkers fairways nicely cut as well as the greens. Got on the 1st tee box at 6:30 this morning (3rd group out) the pace of play was absolutely great. It took us just under 4 hours to play the South Side. Customer Service was great.
