played today 11/13. fairways are nice and full. sand looked pretty rocky. greens were NOT fast at all. greens were SLOW. i repeat THE GREENS ARE NOT FAST AT ALL. i expected quick greens and they were NOT. customer service was pretty good i guess. For the price, i think it is worth it. there are some very difficult tee shots. if you are not hitting it pretty good, you will lose balls. ps.. bring a desert wedge.

The 8th green is now in use on the North course, and the 1st is in use on the South course. The north 8th green needs a month or so to grow in and look ready.. The greens definitely did not look like they'd been punched a couple of weeks ago. If anything the greens could use a good aerating. The greens looked diseased for most of the round. Most putts were bouncing off line.
Most of the sand was in really good condition, playable-wise. It seemed like they had raked the sand poorly or something because on 4 straight holes, someone in our group plugged in a bunker. on hole 7, 2 of us plugged in the same bunker. not that it's not part of the game, but that seemed strange to me.
the fairways are in fine shape, they give you good lies mostly.

played monday morning. the course is in pretty good shape. they are overseeding some tee boxes. the greens were running pretty good as always. the fairways were excellent. the only bad part was the overseeded tees which aren't that bad.

Played today 8/18 and they are now redoing the 8th green so there is a temporary green around the hundred yard mark. the fairways look very good. the greens were okay, they held shots and checked chips, but were covered with ball marks. the guys in front of us must not have heard of fixing ball marks. i fixed multiple ball marks on the 17 normal greens. anyhow the sand was excellent, very playable. the course looks pretty good. in a couple months they will probably be done re-doing the greens. they are also re-doing the number 1 green on the south course..

Played here today sunday the 16th, there are no signs of punching the greens. The greens were firm but somehow still held shots. Chip shots were checking up surprisingly and putts ran relatively true. the fairways were in great shape. The sand was all very playable. The rough isn't too bad at all. This course is very enjoyable and relaxing. The staff was pleasant. The scenery was nice. The range is all grass (unlimited balls) and included in the green fee. If you play august through september, the super twilight (2:00) green fee is 35 dollars. I'll be back here next time I'm in the area.

played today overall looked good. the fairways are nice and lush. the rough was long and punishing. didn't have a bunker shot, so i don't know how sand was. the greens ran pretty true, more on the slow side. there were LOTS of ball marks. it seemed like the putts didn't break as much as it looked like they would. anyways, MM looks good and is always enjoyable.

played today and i have to say the course looked great. the fairways are some of the best around for this price. look online for specials and try this place out. greens are kinda bumpy and slow, but get over it and check out the scenery. also today me and my group felt like the putts were pretty straight for the most part, and they break south (away from the mountains) everywhere.

the 25 dollar deal is pretty nice. they have pretty decent greens for how heavy of play they get. today we tee'd about 8:45 and finished about 1:30, pretty slow. they have pretty nice fairways and the rough can be quite punishing. their sand looked pretty janky in most places, however the sand i was in was playable. i only had a couple of complaints. this is one of the worst marked courses for yardage. they have the blue, white, and red markers in the center on the holes, but absolutely no sprinkler heads which led to some guessing and coming up short. this would be a good course to have a gps handy. another thing is the gnats. the bugs can be pretty gnarly here. i recommend wearing glasses and pulling your shirt over your face when driving in the cart. seriously, they get all in your eyes and mouth.
try this place out while its 25 bucks.

I played here on wednesday the 24th. the course was in good shape. the greens are looking as good as i've seen them yet inconsiderate people still don't fix their ball marks. how hard is it people?? i fixed nearly 10 ball marks on one green. along with making putts roll better, fixing your ball marks helps the greens stay nice. when they mow the greens if there are ball marks, parts of the green get cut up. alright enough of that. the pins are normally in pretty accessible locations on the greens but today almost all the pins were approx. 3-6 steps off the edge, (tough). the rough can be punishing but can also be fine. the sand was all wet, but still very playable. (people don't rake the sand here too often). the fairways were in good shape, the ball usually sits up good on this grass. the pace can be sorta slow out here so try not to get frustrated with the things you can't control. they have an ambassador drive around the course, but i'm not sure how beneficial it is. We finished in about 4 hours but i've played 5 hour rounds out here. umm, that's about all i got for right now. course looks good right now, just keep fixing ball marks so it's nice for everyone.

the course is in typical condition. the fairways are brown but playable, the rough is not punishing really. the greens run fairly slow and sometimes the grain plays a factor. this is a short course, so dont think you need your driver all the time. number 4 is drivable though so why not?? just hit the ball in play and you will do fine here.

I played here for the first time recently and was impressed. The course is not long but it will make you think and challenge your head. The par 3 with the battleship is cool. Many cool holes and a real pleasure to play. Keep the ball in the fairway and you'll be good here. Also it would help a lot to play with someone that's played here before. If not, look on the scorecard for water and other things you might not be able to see. The greens ran pretty true and have undulations that will test your putting. The sand was nice and playable. And the fairways were nice. I definitely recommend this course to all..

This is a cool course. You must play smart here. The greens are pretty fast. The fairways are still sorta browned out. Its a fun course and I highly recommend it. The customer service is top notch also.
