Brookside #1 and #2 are the best county or city run courses I've played on in the LA/Ventura County areas.

Played 01/17 and the course was not in the best of shape, fairways are thin in spots, greens are a bit rough and full of unrepaired ball marks, tee boxes full of divots and not many are level and the ... Continue »

Course is chewed up from UCLA football parking, broken beer bottles and beer caps. Greens were aweful even though they were aerated a week ago. People just don't like fixing their ball marks!!
