Nice course in good condition. We played Indian and Royal courses. Not too busy so we moved right along.

I played the Royal/Mountain courses yesterday, Nov. 2. Almost every hole is lined by houses and is quite narrow, with OB on both sides. You could easily play the course from the blues without ever using driver. Most par 4's are reachable with 3-wood and mid to short iron, if you hit a decent tee shot. The par 3's are all long, most over 200 yards, but the narrow width and hazards near the green seem too penalizing from that distance. The Royal 9 was rather dull, the Mountain 9 more interesting. Friendly staff. The course does not allow walking, which is probably reasonable due to long distances between holes.

Called to get a time at 8am Sunday and our threesome was on the course at 830am. Terry at the front counter was friendly and accomodating ($25 per person with my Golf Passbook). The course is in ok shape for this time of year. It is a 27 hole championship course...we played the Indian and Royal. The Indian is the original course from 1948 and the Royal and Mountain have been around since the late 70's (according to Terry). The golf courses and housing are old but the course is somewhat interesting...lots of mature trees to screw you up and fairways are tight.

Fairways, teeboxes and rough are in ok shape...greens are hard but roll true...and the sandtraps are in great shape (unfortunately I was able to test them a few times). We finished in under 4 hours. Snackbar was closed and no cart service today. It is worth $25...unpretentious, fast paced golf with some old school course layouts.

I PLAYED THIS WEEKEND FOR THREE DAYS. THEY HAVE 3 NINES, AND I WAS ABLE TO MIX AND MATCH THE COMBINATION OF THE THREE COURSES TO BE ABLE TO PLAY SOMETHING DIFFERENT EVERYDAY. THEY HAVE INDIAN, MOUNTAIN, AND ROYAL. IT IS WELL MAINTAIN, AND NOT TOO BUSY OF A COURSE, I FINISHED IN ABOUT 3 1/2 - 4 HOURS.
NOTE: I DID STAY AT THE CONDOS FOR THE WEEKEND. MY RATE WAS $25.00, FOR THIS TIME OF YEAR THAT IS VERY VERY REASONABLE FOR THIS QUALITY OF GOLF COURSE.
THE TEE BOXES AND FAIRWAYS ARE IN GOOD LUSH CONDITION. GREENS ARE MED-FAST, AND TRUE ROLL. THE SAND BUNKERS HAVE A GOOD QUALITY OF SAND AND FLUFFY.
I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COURSE, IT IS A FUN AND CHALLENGING LAYOUT.

Played Indian/Mountain twice in one week. Indian much nicer than Mountain. Mountain had a stretch of new holes that were pretty dull. #8 Mountain needs trees to cover up the residential stadium. Good course, in good shape. Would like to see what Royal nine is like.

Nice conditions, straightforward course. Greens are tricky, made harder by bumpiness. Cost $55 with coupon from magazine.

Very good course for the money. They just got done redoing 4 of the holes on the Royal 9. Back to back part 3's which is a bit odd. New housing tracts in and around all 27 holes. Some development is still going on. The Indian 9 is a little narrow, mountain 9 is the most open. The entire course has gone over remodeling the last 5 years with all the new housing. Club house and hotel is soon to be torn down and replaced by newer buildings. Pace of play is quick. I've played it several times and will play it in the future. 7/10

customer service was poor, guy at the desk was rude. mainly there were too many houses along the fairways and too close to the fairways.

Drives must be accurate, not much room for mistakes. Greens very hard. To score well need to play well with irons. Par 3's long, combined with hard surface make for tuff pars.
