I enjoyed the course. Greens were a little dry, and firm. Bunkers needed sand, or needed to be re-tilled, since they were hard. Fairways, tee boxes and rough were lush. Customer service was SUPERB. I accidentally booked my time for Friday and no Saturday. I showed up on Saturday, and questioned why may card was already billed. They informed me I booked for Friday. Even though I messed up, and the course was full, they got us out within 30 minutes, and we did not have to pay a cent. Pro shop staff, starter, and halfway staff were great. A+

Great course! Fairways are perfect. Green, soft, and cut to the perfect height to hit an iron from. Course itself is fair, with a few challenging holes, but a very fun course. Pace of play is good. I was going well with no waits until I caught up to a tournament on the last 5 holes. The greens roll great. You can feel the break with your feet and putts go where you think they will. Rough is not a bad spot to be in if it is tall grass, but on the rocks in the desert is another story. Bunkers weren't as great as some I've seen before, but still in good shape. It was your typical 100 degree weather, but it was not bad at all. I felt worse playing in the high 80's in LA as compared to today in Vegas. Come here for great conditions and a relaxing fun game. They are sporting their 2 GK awards in the lobby of the clubhouse there also.

Great course in great shape. Beautiful layout, challenging fromthe back tees but not so hard that you can't have fun. Forecaddies were excellent as well.Expensive, but can occasionally find a deal.

I was really worried about playing this course from the reviews but it was actually very playable. First of all it was in immaculate condition, groomed fairways and rough. I played from the white tees and on only one hole was there a forced carry on the drive. The course played more like a resort layout than desert target golf.

The friendliness wears off when you approach the greens. They were HARD. It was nearly impossible to get any shots with medium or long irons to stop on the green. Most of the time you hit sort and run the ball up - unfortunately many greens did not have openings at the front. The speed of the greens was awesome, but true. Took about 6 holes to really get the feel of the pace. Not many big breaking greens so once you calibrate the speed, putting became enjoyable.

Fortunately I played on a Charles Schwab freebie - regular price for a visitor was north of $200. I believe there's a discount rate for Vegas residents of $600 for 10 rounds.

Paying $275 for a round of golf is out of my budget, however, if you were invited to play with work flipping the bill, its game time!

I was fortunate enough for our group to invite a caddy with us. HELPED a GREAT deal in terms of making the course much, much easier.

First of all, the greens was the best I have EVER played on. Amazing! There was a PGA tournament took place the week before, so they were still tourney quality.

I mean, I can go on and on... Just play here if you can afford it.

Great beautiful course in the Cnayons. Really tough, but enjoyable. Don't think it is worth the $235 plus we paid. Played TPC Ponte Vedra in Florida for a lot less.

First time playing TPC Las Vegas and I loved it. The day was made better by sharing the round with lvbigblue and perfect weather. What impressed me the most about the layout was how well every hole set-up off the tee visually/interesting while at the same time providing plenty of opportunities to score well with good shots yet when a shot was poorly struck, it quickly showed it teeth. The greens were tricky but not in a “potato chip” way but with subtle breaks and false fronts. You don’t get any crazy lies or gimmicky holes many desert courses will throw at you. This is a perfect mixture of position golf that allows the driver to be hit with confidence. Great fair test of golf which is obviously the case since the course has been a host of a PGA Tour event over the last 10 years.

As for the playing conditions, a bit dry but no complaints regarding playability. The greens ran true, smooth, medium/fast and receptive. The fairways provided tight lies and lots of roll (which certainly shortened the course). The bermuda rough was in a dormant state so we were fortunate from a scoring perspective. The sand traps and tee boxes were all excellently maintained.

As for the service, everything you would expect from a TPC Course, tremendous.

Course was in good shape seems to be getting plenty of play at this PGA venue course. Greens were most receptive I have played in Vegas recently. Layout is sort of vanilla on the front 9 but picks up on the back with many canyons which I found too often. Nice views on many holes. Course actually is not that long with many birdie chances available. Greens are tricky to read I found. Good layout but I still prefer Badlands for true desert golf experience. Great course but a bit pricey for my liking.
