I think the answer for that is to play more golf, it makes it easier.

Dude do not let these guys get you down. I have averaged 7 rounds a month the last few years and it is still Christmas morning when I play golf. I played a two day club championship in September and slept little either night. I have learned to embrace it. The game is fun, why shouldn't I be excited? Just have to channel it when you get to the course, and understand every stroke counts the same.

I think each of us got into trouble during sleep. I often woke up because it was not comfortable for me to sleep. Sometimes I was choking, other times I was freezing to death. And then, it happened that a friend of mine gave me some blankets for my birthday. They are knitted and made of cotton. I can't tell you how comfortable and awesome they are. Every time I wrap myself up, I fall asleep instantly. Another plus of them are the colors that cheer up any design in the house. I'm thinking of ordering for some of my relatives too https://sommio.co.uk/KnittedWeightedBlanket .
