I played here on 9/21, and the course was in overall great shape. The greens rolled smoothly, the fairways were clean with hardly any divots visible, and the tee boxes were in good condition. However, for a course as challenging as this one, the greens are very slow. I'd say overall, it was a nice experience playing this course.

Played in the afternoon on 22 Sept. Course was in great shape. There were maybe 5 greens that had a lot of untended ball marks. But, for the most part the greens were in great shape. As a 3-some, still ran into several 4-somes at the tee that only let us through when we asked. So, we finished in just under 4 hours. Not too bad a pace. This is quickly becoming one of my favorite tracks.

Played on 9/12 A.M. Once again the staff that gives rides from the parking lot where right on time and very courteous, not rushing us at all. Next stop Pro shop staff, A+ service. Then there’s the starter. This guy has got to be the worlds best starter, and I mentioned this to him and he was very modest in his attitude. Then the course was just great!! Tee boxes were in top shape, fairways excellent, but the greens although lush and true, were very pot marked. Guys, if you’re good enough to hit the greens on a fly with your approach shot, you should be good enough to know how to repair your own ball mark. I fixed at least 5 marks per green. And still there were more. This is not a course problem, and should not count against them, this is a PLAYER problem.

Need to install a program that will teach and encourage players to repair ball marks on the greens. Beleave it or not Whittier Narrows have placards on their golf carts that show how it's done. And a... Continue »

Played 9/13/05. I've been playing here on a weekly basis for the past 3 months and the course is in excellent condition. We are always treated first class by the entire staff. The pace of play this day was what we look forward to when we show up. Weather was perfect, just wish my game was in tune.

Beautiful course. It's an unusal course to find in the Inland Empire. More like a course you would find in Vegas or Palm Springs. A little pricey but worth it. Some beautiful holes, makes great post c... Continue »

This was a very impressive course. The service was good and the staff really had their act together. Conditions were well maintained and it took us about 4:10 on a Sunday to finish. The signature hole (# 14) has to be one of my favorite holes...it felt like you were in the Sierras somewhere with the Giant Rocks and the water to your left and beyond the green.

I played there on a Wedneday Afternoon at 12:45 pm. It was wonderful--we felt like we had the course to ourselves. Great Course! The first three holes let you build up confidence before you strt heading towards the quarry and the harder holes. Once you are back in the Quarry escpecially holes 13-15 you feel like you are in a National Park. The staff was excellent--saw the marshals quite a few times and they were quite pleasant. Also saw the cart girl at least 4 times as well. The course was in great condition--A little dry whic is not surprising with the heat
