The "Ike" is as good as I remember from many years ago. The course is one of the best in So Cal. You will need every club in your bag to do well.

Played on Sun Aug 30. One of my most favorite courses. In excellent shape...as usual. My post today is about the exceptional staff. We got in 11 holes on the Ike when we noticed a column of smoke-... Continue »

Got out on Ike at 7:40 this morning and played in just over 4 hours. In excellent condition w/the back nine greens (#10 & 11 especially) on the mend from recent punching/sanding plus a few 'cart pat... Continue »

Played the Ike yesterday after having my fill of the Babe and having to sleep on my stomach. Front nine is good. Back nine the greens are punched and sanded, curious as to why since they had the City ... Continue »

Have not played at either of the courses since the renovation. We took advantage of the $50 Monday special, played the Ike on 7/13/09, and absolutely loved it. It is just as spectacular as before, a... Continue »

Played with the Men's club today: they just punched the fairways and tee boxes, so both courses are a bit messy right now ... should be okay in a week or two ... playing lift, clean, & place through t... Continue »

I played this course on 4/22/09 as a part of a shotgun tournament. Obviously, I can't comment on the pace of play, but I have to say the course itself was in the BEST shape I have ever seen. It was in... Continue »

Oops, sorry I gave some mis-info in my previous post on green fees. Senior rate indeed starts at 50 years old but it's $52 for members and $75 Ike/$65 Babe for non-members. Also, senior rates only a... Continue »
