TaylorMade Burner Superfast 2.0 TP Fairway Wood The TaylorMade Burner Superfast 2.0 TP Fairway Wood features the same SuperFast technology as the driver, with a lighter, longer shaft, a lighter grip and a larger, more forgiving clubhead. While everything below the hosel has been made lighter, itve enhanced the coefficient of restitution with inverted cone technology adds some spring to the clubface to increase ball speeds at the moment of impact for even more distance. TaylorMade has also included the 2.0 technology, which engineers each club for more control, higher ball flight and an improved sound and feel. The TP version is designed for the more experienced player. Additional Features: Grip: TV Lite Shaft: Matrix HD6 |

Great long fairwaywood
Tuesday May 22, 2012
There were may fairway woods to choose from. Titleist, Rocketballz, Adams but I was interested in how this club looks and feels. I tested it out and the launch monitor said this was the best one. I have the TM Superfast Tp 2.0 in 15 degrees with a matrix radix 7 hd shaft in stiff flex. Shaft measures 43 inches. Upgraded to a Black Widow tour silk grip in white. First off the white look and classic shape looks phenomenal. The used price was 149.99 and along with my trade in Tour edge exotics and coupon I paid $121 after everything was said and done at roger dunn in West LA. This club is very long. Carry is about 245 and with roll the club reaches 250-260. The Tp model has a 2 degree open face along with a weight in the toe of the club. I prefer this setup because I tend to hit a draw/hook and this keeps the club square at impact. I love this club and at times when the driver is too much I love hitting this club off the tee. I would have given this club all five stars but because of the smaller head and longer shaft accuracy can be a bit off at times but the lighter shaft and low torque make up for it in distance. Also the price for a brand new one when it first came out was 249.99 to 299.99 but since I got it at a steal price I gave it 4 stars. The feel of this club is excellent. Sounds solid at impact but can be a bit "tingy". Overall I love this club at address and step up it looks very clean and sexy. The lower clubhead and white paint scheme makes this club look slick at address. I have the matching TP driver (read my other review). I previously had a tour exotics 13 degree and as much as I loved that club this club hits just at long if not longer. This club is not for the high handicap player as it will promote a fade and in most cases a slice for those who have a hard time controlling ball flight and line. I am a 7 handicap and for the price and money this club suits me well.
