Even better than you've heard
Saturday May 10, 2014
Well I've had mine for 8 months now and I feel I can give a full review. I'm a 1 hdcp, play once a week and practice at least 2 times a week. I've played 12 different irons in my life, cast and forged, mb/cb. I've also owned a custom set that I played for 10 years and loved.

The mp-64's are hands down the best iron I've ever played or hit. I play them with KBS tour shafts and the swingweight for me is absolute perfection. I can feel the clubhead throughout the entire swing, no guessing where the club is or if it's open or closed. The feel off the face is just heavenly soft.

They are far more forgiving then 1 would expect. Mi sh-t s still travel 95% of the distance you wanted. They are traditional lofts and not a distance iron but they are not disadvantaged in my experience. I have never felt any lack of distance from them.

They are extremely consistent. I've never had an issue with them going a distance I didn't expect, ever. The ball flight is the same, for me that's a higher flight but penetrating. Very easy to control spin. Very easy to shape.

I absolutely love mine. Highly recommended. They are a "players" iron and considered for a low hdcp but my guess is that even a 12 hdcp who makes a somewhat consistent swing could fall in love with them as well.
