I've had some problems with downloads early on but nine lately. No color but at $99.98, it's more than worth it. » Close

OMG.... I am so hooked on this thing for sure. if you get one and don't drop at least 2-4 strokes your 1st round I would be surprised. I had always wanted one but was holding off, and the I found out I could use one of my prize cert and the golf course said OK... so I have played 4 rounds now and I am still amazed how well this works and how cool it is that you know constantly your distances and most all the hazards. I dropped 3 strokes my very 1st round from the last time I had played that course. I have had a rangefinder before, but it takes time to mark and use. this is instant and you can see it all the time. it even gives me distances to lay up too for my approach shots. the SG-3's has AA batteries which lasted almost 3 rounds, which I thought was great. the downloads are easy and it holds 10 courses and 4 of my own, which I used to mark the driving range flags after hours. this like h8bogeys says will help the low hdcprs the most as I feel they need to know how far and know which club is going to be best. this is just like having a real caddy on the course. I love my SkyCaddie..... » Close

This product is amazing, it definitely helps especially on those off-line drives where you can't really figure out what type of distance you have to the pin. This has definitely reduced about 5 strokes per game, just as advertised by Natalie Gulbis. I love the fact that it gives you distance to trouble off the tee, where to lay up on par 5s, you can "mark" your ball to calculate your distances with each club...it really works. Once you play with this device, you'll feel lost without it. I bought rechargeable AA batteries for the device, the SG4 can be charged with a Lithium ion battery but if you forget to charge it your screwed. With the AA battery option, if I forget to charge the battery, I can always buy batteries at the proshop. This product is highly recommended, it will be most useful for low handicappers! » Close
