Took dad golfing for his 98th birthday Monday 10:45. Played yellow tees on nice busy day in a light breeze. For cruiser very good conditions from tee to green. Some bumpy gopher areas to slow down the newer carts in fairways but very green, trimmed to hit from with ample rollout. Rough slightly longer being thin in cart/mower travelled areas around edges. Greens had better medium speeds and were quite smooth compared to previous visits with far fewer ball marks. Dad beat me by a stroke after I three putted the final hole. Friendly golf shop, new range balls, very fast practice greens and Take 5ive Grille food/beverages tasty and cold. We had a fun outing.

Took an $11 hot deal to sparsely crowded course and found the Cruiser hadn't been aerated yet. Greens were smooth and medium speed with mostly repaired marks. Fairways neatly trimmed with minimal rough. Traps appeared damp-wet wasn't in any to confirm but by lack of rake marks nobody else was either. White tee boxes found level enough spots on most but some were quite beaten. Highlight of the round were several flyovers by Canadian Snowbirds out practicing for the HB air show. Seven planes flying formations and trailing smoke made for a loud fun outing.

This is a decent course to get your short game in sync. It is a 9 hole course that you play back to back to get 18 holes in. Couple of Par 4, but most are Par 3 and some 200 yards Par 3. Played here... Continue »

This is a decent course to get your short game in sync. It is a 9 hole course that you play back to back to get 18 holes in. Couple of Par 4, but most are Par 3 and some 200 yards Par 3. Played here May 13 for $30 with cart. Very windy day. Greens are in good shape the fairway is decent. Lots of gopher holes in the rough. Pretty much open with some trees to make play interesting. We were able to complete 18 holes in 3.5 hours.

I had the whole afternoon to myself, so decided to check this one off the list as a quick and convenient option. I've played the Destroyer before, but never Cruiser. I found a GN hot deal for just $13, which included cart. It was more busy out here than I expected, but I hopped around a little and ultimately got in all nine in a little over an hour. GPS on the carts is more for the big course, but it works on Cruiser, too, so that was a bonus!

The course was in OK shape. Decent enough for a little executive. Tee boxes a little beat up. Fairways pretty good. Rough a little spotty. Greens pretty nice. Bunkers good, as well. No complaints for $13.

This is a very basic course that doesn't really compare much with its big brother. It reminded me more of a short and even less interesting version of Miramar. There are two long par-3s (3 and 4) that seems unusually long for an executive course. It's kind of an odd mix, yet the layout is very forgiving and beginner-friendly.

I enjoyed myself I went to work on my short game the greens were in great shape and for a Saturday was wide open and fast pace. The customer service was good and the golfers were friendly. Made to new golf buddies today and will enjoy meeting up with them at Creste Verde on Monday. Great course to work on your game and not to be rushed. Great for the first time golfer.

Played 18 holes at twilight. Not very challenging but fun. Great place to get in a quick 9 or take a beginning golfer. Rates are great and not crowded.
