I play this course a lot and it is almost always in good shape. Definitely worth the price, and a great place to work on your short game, plus they have at least 2 par 4's per nine, so you don't get too bored, and you can use more clubs. Tee boxes have been uneven for the most part (my biggest complaint for this course), however they are in the process of leveling them (yeah!). I love this course, it is easy to get on, quick to play (usually), and more fun than most executive courses.

Perfect transition course for those moving from executive to par72 courses. short holes for target practice, but subtle changes in elevation and bunkered. Longer holes assure that you'll use every club in bag. rotates 72 holes, all in good shape. very walkable. several hole too close to housing but on the whole a local favorite. check for cheap, early twilight rates. chipping, putting, and driving practice areas
