Formerly the Payne Stewart Golf Club…. It was HOT!!! But still a fun course to play. Course is in great condition with only a few bad spots due to all the rain the past month. You get started with the fun right off the first tee with a downhill narrow par 4 and I mean downhill with the green about 100 feet below the tee box. It’s a course that if you spray the ball you might want to pack a few dozen at least because there is no restocking after the 9th hole as you don’t see the clubhouse again until you finish your round. The course winds through the hills and the rough is thick and if your ball strays any farther off the fairway its trees everywhere. It’s definitely a must if you are in the Branson area.
