Played 9/11. Second round of the day. They were running late and even put additional groups in. Even so, it wasn't too slow. Greens were quick and rolled true. Fairways played very nicely. Not as popular as it's younger sister course - Olympic - but fun. A great deal to play both in one day for $85. Includes cart.

Played the Cascade this morning, and had a really nice time. Greens rolled really well, just as nice as the Olympic Course, at a medium to fast pace. All were very consistent, with almost no pitch mark damage. Fairways, tee boxes, and rough were all very pleasant to play from, in very good shape. I found a couple of bunkers, and they good to play out of as well. They have a darker, courser sand in them that gave me the impression they wouldn't be so great, but a normal splash with good acceleration will get you out nicely.

Got paired with 3 locals, and they were good company. Pace was a little slower than I expected, but still not too bad at 4:10. Play was really quick up until we caught a couple of slow groups on the back nine. Gold Mountain's a great place.
