Played Friday, December 2 at about 7:45 am. It was fairly crowded for a chilly Friday morning. My sister-in-law set up the tee time, costing her $14 and me $117. It looks like it would have been less if booked online (when I checked prices later) although I am not sure how she did the tee time. I had to pay for range balls also. Friendly staff and helpful. I ate in the restaurant after the round and there were quite a few of the residents in there for their lunch. I played with a fun couple of 30-something locals.

The course was in pretty good shape. They had oversewed the fairways while the rough looked like dormant Bermuda. The fairways were shaggy but it was a good hitting surface. The ball sat up in the rough for the most part but it was tough the times the ball settled in. The greens were the highlight, medium fast and rolling well. That said, the greens on the back nine had some bare spots, some quite large. The grounds crew was working on one of them when we went through and I saw a patch on another green. The bare spots did not affect putts that I saw but they were unsightly.

There was little sand in the bunkers. That was the chief low light. Other than the ambassador who very aggressively got in my face for driving off the cart path on a par three to retrieve my ball in a waste area. He called it a desert area which he said were off-limits throughout the course. I was fine with that, but not with his attitude. The guys I was playing with were equally mystified with the ambassador's apparent short fuse. it was bizarre.

We played the front nine in 1:50 but the back nine was much slower. We finished in 4:15.

I liked the course although I thought it was overpriced at the rate I was charged. I might go back again but not at that rate.

Course is in really bad condition, especially the greens. Some of the fairways are muddy and soggy in spots with is likely an irrigation issue without being roped off. This is not a good sign because its been in the 100 degree temps lately. The smell coming from these areas was foul as well. I always liked this course, so i was really bummed to see it look so bad. Oh and bring your own water because they don't have any on the course. Favorable comment - you should be able to get done in 3.5 hrs because there is no one coming to this course.

I like the course, the folks are helpful and friendly and the layout is good.
BUT, they lost the greens. Many of the greens have 20-30% bare dirt area. We payed 32$ for an early tee time (in summertime their is a premium paid to play early) and , unfortunately, for that price, we should have gone elsewhere. Quite disappointing.

This is a true desert course with homes lining almost every fairway. The clubhouse and staff are very professional and courteous.

This is a true desert course with homes lining almost every fairway. The clubhouse and staff are very professional and courteous.
The tee boxes are lush, the fairways were amazing and green, and the greens ran at a good semi fast speed and true. Overall a great course with few challenges besides the red dirt areas and some undulating greens. Fun times.

Played Trilogy for the first time this season. Exemplary customer service as always. Course was green and in great shape. Tee boxes flat and well cared for, greens hard, firm,and fast with little ability to create ballmark in them. Most greens complexes are very large, but being on the wrong level can lead to 3 putts or even putting off the green. Bunkers appeared to be in good shape, though some in the fairway were overwatered and had mud in them. Only disappointing feature would be the driving range, which was fairly well chewed up already and featured very tight quarters between hitting bays. A shotgun starting tournament made pace of play quite slow for a near noon start, clocking in at 4 hrs and 15 minutes.

Teed off today (9/21/14) for probably my final time here this year before the rates go back up in October. For the end of summer season, course is still in remarkable shape. A few tee boxes had some wear or were hardening up, but nothing too significant. A number of trees lost branches from the latest big storms, will probably be cleaned up when the course goes dark for re-seeding starting 10/20.

Fairways still green, rough has really been allowed to thicken and can be quite challenging on some holes. Most bunkers in good (not great shape), one that I was in was rather thin. but overall they were playable. Greens very firm and fairly fast; I hit some very high shots into them and only left a small dent for a ball mark, but they held every shot I hit and rolled true. Service was excellent, as usual. PoP was 3.5 hours, mostly due to a twosome who would not allow anyone to play through from Hole #7 on. A little better marshaling would be appreciated.

Played Sunday 8/25. I don't know why I don't play this course more often.

The facilities, the customer service and the course itself are all among the best the SE valley has to offer. Starter let me tee off as a single 30 minutes early. From the first tee to the last, tee boxes were in excellent shape, even on the par 3's. Fairways have a few bare patches here and there, but I never found any, and usually had a terrific lie going into the green. Markers were all over the course to give you distance, so even if you don't have a rangefinder or GPS on your phone, you'll still get an accurate read on how far it is to the hole. Greens had been softened up a little by the previous night's rain, but still ran fast and true. None of the greens were pockmarked to death, only saw 1-2 with some patchy issues. I was never in a bunker, so I cannot review them, though they appeared to have enough sand in them to make a decent shot out of. Rough was thick; had a couple balls disappear on me because they sank low, but managed to find 'em.

As I mentioned, from the guy who took my clubs, to the clubhouse guys, everyone at this facility gets it. Dare I mention they also have *by far* the hottest cart girl I've seen in years? Huge driving range, reasonable prices for practice balls and drinks, excellent chipping area and putting area make this course one of the best values in town.

This is a decent, but not great golf course. It certainly is not worth the $110 green fee that is advertised. We played at 1 PM for $65 each and feel that we got good value. The layout of the course is fairly challenging but the cool weather overseed came in thin and as a result fairways and greens are not uniformly lush. Some area are. Some are not. Practice facilities are first rate. It is vacation worthy but don't pay $110 or it.
