Played 8/21. I am not normally a fan of Nicklaus courses but will give this one an exception. Maybe it is the setting along the Roaring Fork River. Views of Mt Sopris. The beautiful homes (which are $$$$$) or just the way you are treated. The clubhouse is spectacular. Not much money was spared on this one. This is a Club Corp owned and operated course for those that are C C members (go play it). 7455 from the tips 73.9 and 131 slope. # 10 519 Par 5 # 12 656 Par 5 (named Eternity) have to hit over Roaring Fork river and carry needs to be 225 # 19 557. Must be why I played from the white tees. Best round of golf I have played to raise my handicap. Water, river, OB, high rough and FAST greens make for an "enjoyable" round of golf. But honestly the course is in beautiful shape. It is one of the finest private clubs I have had the privilege to play on. If you have the opportunity to play here by all means do so.
