Played here yesterday with my friend a long time member for his 75th birthday. Glad we played early as it was hot up here in the high desert. They have really improved this course since my last visit. Cleaned up a lot of trees and brush making the course play so much better. Found the course to be in great shape given the warm weather. Never an issue with a tee box or sand trap. Fairways clean and good lies and roll out all round. Greens were smooth, clean and chipped/putted great on all holes. This is a well run and maintained private course and always a pleasure to play here. Had a wonderful lunch on the patio aftewards.

Played today. Course is always in top shape and today was no exception. I was reminded today that this course opened in 1903 and shows what loving care of old courses can accomplish. The layout is parkland style with very little elevation changes but the large old cottonwood trees along with small fast greens will give you all you can handle. Tee boxes were great. Fairways had great coverage, lies and roll out. Traps were all playable and there are plenty. Rough was not real deep but high enough to remind one to stay out of it. Greens were immaculate and fast all round. Beautiful old clubhouse that no doubt has had many updates and looks to have been recently updated. Fantastic customer service at all levels. Always enjoy playing this course whenever I have the opportunity.

On a 3 day trip to CO. Started play today at this wonderful private course. Love coming here to catch up with old friends and enjoy this course. Love playing in CO with the altitude at 5K feet. Found the course in great shape as they have had some recent rain that has greened up everything. Tee boxes all level and playable. Fairways had great coverage, lies and roll out. Traps all playable and no complaints from me nor other players. Greens were in top shape and chipped/putted terrific all round. Had a late lunch and the food was outstanding. If you are ever in this area and can arrange to play here, by all means do so.

Today we did 36. Met another old friend who is a member here. The weather was a little warm but still great golfing. Course is an old course built in 1903. But over the many years they have maintained it just wonderfully. We found it in terrific shape. They were getting the course ready for their annual Fathers Day tournament. Great tee boxes. Fairways had beautiful roll and lies. Traps had all been turned and played fine. Greens were rolling at 12 and were just fantastic. Had a wonderful dinner in the clubhouse afterwards. So another great golfing day and more to come.
