Elkhorn continues to be one of my favorite Central Valley courses. Classic parkland layout with tight fairways, tree lined holes, and raised bent grass greens

Long, tight starting hole right out of the gate. Favor the left side to give yourself any chance of hitting green in regulation. Many trees to the right will create a recovery shot situation.

Do not be long on this par 3! there is only about 10 yards behind the green (slopes downhill) and then a 6foot drop-off to the street ... greens are fast and didn't hold my tee shot that was right at the flag (pin high and within 6ft).
