Bought the R1 because my playng partner was just killing it with this driver. First time out, hit it terrible, then went to R.D. and got fitted by TM. They put me at 12 degree. They said people have to play a higher loft because this club does not spin. So I tried it again, could not hit this club. Started to investigate and realized that the swing weight for the R1 is D4, way too heavy for me as I am only 5'8" and 60 years old. If you can swing a heavier club, maybe this is for you but I like the lower swing weights. » Close
