Toughest course on the trip. Super tight, somewhat quirky layout shoehorned into a hilly site. Course was in very good private course shape. Greens were fast, bunkers were fluffy and the ball sat up nicely in the fairways. 6,100 or so from the blue tees and it played much longer. Not a ton of roll in the fairways and many uphill shots made for a tough round. I forget the hole, but it was a 480-down hiller on the back that I missed a short putt after a short wedge and thought it was a breather par 5, nope! Back nine is much longer but more wide open. Add that to lots of tight treelined fairways on the front and it makes for a very tough albeit fun round. Not sure if I'm supposed to mention it but mine was a preview round with a friend who is considering joining there. So, the opportunity to play this private course does exist. Worth a look if you want to challenge your game.
