Late review but I saw that the last review was some time ago... Played 8/27/24 @ 150pm POP was alright, finished just at 4 hours. Tee boxes were a mixed bag with some being really beat up. They moved us way up today, almost to the red tees. Fairways were good with some trouble spots here and there. If you use a cart, beware- it is really bumpy everywhere you drive. I'm not really sure what causes this- gophers, not aerating. It's just not fun when you're riding along and all of a sudden- BUMP! and your kidney lands on your lap. Rough was not too penal, but it will affect the path of your club if you're not careful. Sand also wasn't too bad, but there were some troubled ones with some thin sand in them. Greens were aerated not too long ago and some of them had some significant issues- holes 2, 3, 5, 7 and 9. Hole 9 was the worst one in terms of condition, there was no place they could put the pin and not have bumps that would affect your ball. If you can get through all of that, it's not such a bad place...
