The course is in grrreat shape. Fairways lush and full, rough was what you’d expect to see on any decent course. If you’re not on the fairway, you pay a price. Greens were superb, not all pot marked or dry. Rolled true, but not overly fast, as not to be fair. Tee boxes must have been set by a laser, perfectly flat and level on most holes. Great layout with verging elevation changes and slopes. Holes 8 and 18 are an absolute dream to play. Keep up the good work Redhalk staff.

Got on as a single 10/23 twilight 53 bucks!! Just an outstanding course, beautifully maintained (recent Cal State Amateur Chmp tournament ), greens nearly perfect, tee boxes level, fairways cut tight. Great course layout, elevations are interesting, water always presented a challenge. Lost a few balls, but didn't care. A great course, needs a more complete and separated practice range. Can't wait to return - worth the drive.

I played the course for the first time. This course is most impressive. It has several interesting holes that require golfers to plan their shot making and tests your skill. I was particularly impressed with the beautiful landscaping and work put into bridges and tees. This is a course that is well worth playing and one that could be played daily without losing interest. The only negative was that we started play at 2:oo behind a tournament. It took us three hours to play the front nine and we only made it to hole 15 before it got dark. We drove in the final three holes which look like the very best on the course. This course gets the seal of approval. Also, fairways were rolling and dry. The greens were a bit bumpy, but that should be expected for poana late in the day.

Course is in good shape. The greens were quick and true, and the best I have played on this year. The biggest complaint would be the soft spongy fairways on several holes. Definitely did not expect to find mud on my ball during a Santa-Ana. Overall we had a great time and look forward to the next time.

The course is in great shape! The greens are coming back very nicely from when they aerated . This is still one of my favorite places to play. The course is tough, but fare.

The course is in terrific shape all around. for some reason,maybe the heat,the greens are very ,very slow. some holes were like velcro, but, maybe after the heat they will cut to a shorter length.The greens look perfect and hold shots nicely, just a little slow. everything else is top notch.

Played July 11th early in the morning. The course was in very nice shape. The greens rolled true, but were a little on the slow side. It is always a pleasure playing this course. Played from the tips, but always seems to play a good bit shorter than the yardage. There was some "ground under repair" on hole #2, which really came into play off the tee, but other than that, the course was nice. This is a great course. My only complaint is that we saw multiple groundscrew on every single hole; that got a little old after a while. This course is beautiful, and is a great design, totally worth the green fee.

Played 18 on 6/13 (Sunday). Tee time was 1:30 and finish in alittle over 5 1/2 hrs. Cart girl was at every 3rd hole. The course was in great shape, and the greens played true. While the course is difficult, I thought it was very playable. A long drive from OC, but worth every dollar! Will be back!

Played on 4-11 the course was in great shape after all the rain. Greens were perfect and rough was cut short. Made it an easy day even off the fairway.
