Played the New tees for the first time Saturday, Wow what a difference! Course was much more enjoyable for my father-n-law who is getting up there in years, he could now reach most of the par 4's without hitting a wood. Greens are in great shape.

Hesperia is a great place to throw a tournament. They have an outstanding course, facility, and a great staff. It alot closer than I first thought. I will throw another tournament there. FIVE STARS!!!... Continue »

Just played there for the first time on Monday and had a great day. Played in 4 hours and for it being a holiday that was great. The person in the shop was very helpful and nice. I will be back soon

Our golf club had an away tournament scheduled for Sun. 5.17.04. The course was in nice shape. They definately use plenty of water there. Probably too much. Some fairway lies were squishy and created suction at impact. Wind was +20mph and with the elevation, club selection was vital. Greens were soft, really soft.
Since the course was also booked for an afternoon wedding, our club was relegated to the cart barn at our round completion. The tournament chairman was squeezed between golf cart charging for the next days round. The snack bar was off limits to us. A beer cart was around for a bit, but was shortly sent inside to help with the wedding. The last 3 groups were unable to post their scores because the pro shop(adajcent to the wedding)was closed. Look it's cool if you close for private functions, but this was clearly a case of double booking and greed. No way could I recommend Hesperia CC for a tournament or pleasure outing.

WE WENT THERE FOR A TOURNAMENT AND UPON COMPLETION FOUND OUT THAT WE COULD NOT GO INTO THE CLUBHOUSE BECAUSE THEY HAD SCHEDULED A WEDDING RECEPTION! WE HAD TO HANG OUT IN THE CART BARN!

Played on 3/14. Weather was perfect. Staff was great as always. I've played here dozens of times and I've never seen the greens look so lush and, well, green. In fact, it took a few holes to adjust to them not being US Open-fast like they normally are.
This course is a true hidden gem, one of the best-kept secrets in So. Cal. It's challenging, but fun to play. A single can get on during a weekend morning without too much waiting. A must-play.
