Played Sunday, March 1st, 8am teetime, but the starter got us out about 20mins early which was awesome. POP no problem, a smooth 4hrs. We had three of us walking and one riding.

Conditions sure are a mixed bag. Teeboxes were acceptable. Level, no problem, but a little shaggy with plenty of divot damage. Just take an extra few seconds to find a good spot to tee it up.

Fairways were borderline, very shaggy, hadn't been mown for days. Quite a few unfilled divots and lots of bare areas, too. We played the ball down, but I sure wouldn't argue if you played some winter rules right now, they are in pretty poor shape in about 50% of the fairway area.

Greens were acceptable. No huge complaints. They were a little slow on the front nine but quickened up after the dew dried. Plus it seemed the entire back nine was in a little better condition than the front. They held shots very well, but had a few bumps to throw your ball off line every once in a while.

Found one greenside bunker and it was great. Nice fluffy, well maintained sand. No problem whatsoever.

Rough was thick and filled with clover. Avoid it at all cost, if possible. Very difficult to even find your ball in that clover as the ball tends to sit underneath the big clover leaves.

Service was great except the guy in the proshop was quite the dud. I mentioned that Sea n Air was $53 to walk and Miramar was $55 to walk making a joke and he didn't want any part of that conversation. It was a joke, sir, lighten up. Starter was awesome!! and the beverage cart was great!!! Very friendly bev cart and saw her twice.

Super flat course, easy walk. There are some great holes out there, though. Nice dog legs and tree lined for the most part which was visually appealing on many holes. I would definitely recommend.
