Played Twin Rivers this morning. Not the best course but the price tag was great for my budget. $21 before 8AM. Not too busy either. I went off as a single at 7:40 and finished my round at 10:30. I never felt pushed and never got slowed down.

The course was in OK shape. The greens needed to be cut and were a little bumpy. They were also covered in dew and cotton from the cottonwood trees which made putting a little difficult on the front 9. The greens held pretty well. I was able to hold a 5I from 180 on them.

The fairways could have been cut a little shorter too. I don't remember any thin spots in the fairways. The rough was pretty think in areas but not unbearable. There were a couple of wet spots in the rough due to the tons of rain we had the last couple weeks.

The tee boxes were a little narrow on some tees as well as uneven.

All in all, it was a fun little course. It is not your super nice country club, do not expect that. But, if you want to get out for a quick round in the morning and do not want to pay a lot, Twin Rivers is a good option.
