Hole #5 is a short to medium length par 4. No driver needed for tee shot, try a fairway metal or hybrid instead to find the tight tree lined fairway. Only hole on the course with no sand whatsoever, defense is limited to narrow fairway, trees, and undulating kidney shaped green. Beware of the false front and fall away in right middle of green. try to miss left as a shortsided approach to the right with the pin placed in front can be cause for a bogey. Hit your 8 iron - PW close and drain the birdie putt...you will need it to compensate for your likely score coming for hole #6

Challenging par 5 especially from the back tees. This severe dogleg left hole should be played as a three shotter. Fairway wood off the tee is fine for placement. Air for the large tree in the distance that is slightly left center in your vision from the teebox. Second shot keep to right side of fairway for best approach. Hitting too far left could leave you with no angle or having to contend with overhanging limbs. Approach should miss long to avoid huge greenside traps. Par is a good score here although with three consistent shots a birdie can be had.
