I ordered the sample pack from the web site. The pill form didn't really help me much, but the mix & shake products (there were 2 different kinds included) totally helped me. I sucked that day I played golf and tried it. Took it on the back 9 and actually a little better. Need to test this out some more because let's face it if you saw my game you would be embarrassed as well. I used this product in 2 recent rounds. Obviously more sampling would be required, but I did score better on the back nine both times on courses where the back would be the concensus choice as the tougher of the two nines.
