Had to post something for people to read. Been having the hooks with my driver which I had purchased awhile ago. Didn't know that it was due to a weak shaft. With down to the local golfsmith just to get on the monitor and was very surprised with the reads. For anyone that thinks equipment doesn't matter? Maybe, but if your a decent player, it helps alot. My SS is on average 105-106. Was looking to bite the bullet and get a Diamana ahina or the white board but the tech ask to try the Aldila NV. All the shafts that I tried were either 65 and 75 grams and in X flex. Diamana is a hella great shaft but will cost $300+. For me, I got the same spin, launch and feel with the Aldila NV. Xcon-7 was also another great shaft but was $250. Was really happy to find out that the Aldila NV is only $54! I'm not saying that this will be a fit for everyone, but it's definitely worth a try... I'm completely satisfied with the purchase. » Close

Being new to greenskeeper, I felt that i had to contribute my findings with everyone on here since this site has been such a great resource. Recently purchased the RBZ Driver. Before my purchase, i've hit just about every major driver on the market today. Ping, Titleist, Mizuno, Cobra... I can keep going and going naming companies. But the few it can down to were the Titleist 910, Ping I20 & G20 and TM RBZ. I didn't like the R11S for some reason. Felt heavy and dead off the face. Really liked the Ping's. The I20 was surpisingly forgiving and very easy to work the ball. Very slick looking. The Titleist 910 was sensitive but had a real great feel coming off of the face. Alittle too sensitive for me. Distance gains were the greatest with the G20 and RBZ. All and all, the Taylormade RBZ had for me, great feel, is super forgiving and was the deepest in distance. But had to get fitted with another shaft. Stock shafts were very light and whippy. Would even recommend to try the tour shaft, alot better. Anyone looking to purchase a driver, the shaft matters! Get fitted for sure... Hope this helps anyone looking to purchase this driver. » Close
