The course is in good condition. As typical, we started about 20 minutes after our tee time. The pace was slow at the beginning but it did pick up after the 4th hole. Tee box was moved forward so a driver was not needed on most par 4s. Only complaint was the bunker. It was more like loose dirt than packed sand. Greens were undulating, smooth ,and medium speed but very consistent. Overall, it was a decent course for $25 walking. The flat terrain makes walking very easy.

Terrific value for money. Fairways and greens in great condition. Staff extremely friendly. Highly recommended.

Always a pleasure to play Mesa. Its short but to play it well you have to be in the right place. Greens are challenging, lots going on, but always in great shape. At $20 you won't get a better golf value. You can shoot your best score ever here or go away scratching your head and asking yourself what happened.

The Mesa Linda course at Costa Mesa is a short and fairly easy 18 hole course. There is not a lot of trouble except for an occasional set of trees. Not a bad course

Am I the only one taking advantage of the deals they have going here right now??? The course is in good bordering great shape. The greens are in great shape, stay in fairways and a 10 over or better is easy.

They do need to step it up in the marshall department, play is always slow here.

Played Mesa Linda on Monday the 7th. Greens are coming back nicely from aeration, still some sand evident only when repairing ball marks. The greens are rolling true and are holding approach shots nicely. If you have alot of spin on your shots adjust accordingly. The first hole is #1 handicap par 5, and I have found my score revolves off of this hole. So try to just par this hole and the rest of the course will come to you. Always plays slow, so don't be in hurry to finish your round here. Just do your part by keeping up with group ahead of you. Fairways are decent, however, stay on them to shoot 10 over or less here.

Fun par 70. Fairways are in good shape, just land off of them or you will be hitting off "crabgrass" mostly. Good fun greens, lots of par 4's, and plenty of bunkers. Stay out of sand + hit 9 or more fairways and a decent shooter can shoot 80 here. Nice weather, not very good service (starters).
