The course was in great shape. The layout was interesting, the pace was ok, and the service was good. I'd play it again.

I came down for the weekend and played a few course in Temecula. Let me say the green were firm and super fast the way i like it. The fairways were Dormant, but they sure ran, I mean 20/30 more yards. The tees were in great shape. Redhawk is on my top 5 list.

I have always enjoyed this course, but this time I was disapointed. This course is an hour drive from my home so I called to verify course conditions and a discount coupon that I had come across. I was told "no problem with the coupon and that the course was in PERFECT condition. As I was driving in I could see that the course was dormant, some people don't mind dead grass but I do. When I complained to the counter person about the "perfect conditions" he appoligized and then promptly turned down my coupon and charged me holiday rates. The greens and traps were in better shape than the rest of the course but not up to the conditions that I have come to expect from Redhawk.

I've played Redhawk Golf Club and every other course in the surrounding valley - nothing compares to Redhawks typical course conditioning, customer service and value.

It's a shot makers course that understand the value of self-control and course management. Some holes play short, others play longer depends on conditions, most holes will test some aspect of our game. Typically greens run fast and true, and fairway speeds and undulations feed the rough or hazards. When you think you've put one down the middle, you could find it your ball in the rough. Ball control is at a premium at Redhawk, least in my opinion.

The only negative I can share is pace of play; something I am not sure can be remedies without dramatic controls that could have different consequences. It's a very difficult course, from any of the tees for the average golfer. Knowing that, is why I take the annoying pace of play with all the good.

If you want to play a course that is in great condition most of time, plays like a pro tournament venue and you can take what it gives you you'll enjoy Redhawk as much as I do.

Played the hawk on friday the 23rd. booked a 1:24p tee time with no trouble the night before. me and my friend have the same birthday and redhawk gives u a free round on ur birthday if u are a member of their email club. so we both showed up with the coupon and low and behold they wouldnt accept both of them in the same 4some. The employee who helped us out wouldve given it to us if the other older employee wasnt there, but he felt inclined to adhere to the rules given the presence of this all powerful coworker of his, who by the way was definitly not the nicest of human beings. Then we come to realize that there was a shotgun tournament going out on 12 holes starting at 1:00!!! this was the worst! im talking hacks from all corners of the world coming together on a beast of a course playing a scramble! if only they wouldve told us! we thought maybe it just skipped their mind by believe it or not, every group teeing off after the tourney didn't know about the tournament! what kind of a money hungry course is this! the conditions were impeccable, the pins were tucked, the greens fast, the fairways cut, the rough long, and the tee's perfect, but when u turn a challenging round into a 6 hour challenging round its just plain no fun! oh and btw the food sucks too....the only good thing is the beer prices! overall i love the course and will continue to come back and endure the 1.5 hour drive but seriously i hate bad customer service and this was the pinnacle of it!

Started 15 minutes late. This course was super crowded. Despite all the rave reviews on Greenskeeper.org, I thought the conditions were above average. The greens were firm and lightning fast, unfortunately, they allow these idiot Korean women to play this course that have no golf ettiquette. The marshall should really watch these idiots for 1 hole and they would notice why they were so backed up. They didn't rank bunkers, didn't repair divots, and I saw one take 8 bunker shots as two groups were waiting. Sand traps were in great conditoin. Fairways were decent and Rought was decent. Tons of ball marks unfixed...I fixed about 4 to 5 per hole. Nice interesting holes; unique par 3's. Will not come back though; this golf course is erroneously ranked in the TOP 10 public courses in California. I think Lost Canyons, Goose Creek, Eagle Glen and Oak Quarry top this course with less of a drive.

Played on 10/17 with some buddys out of town. We played a few course in the area and redhawk greens were by far the fastest i played in a long time. On the par 3 hole 4 i four putted because the ball kept on rolling past and down the tiers. But other than that we had lots of fun.

Greqat course. Picked in lot, great customer service by all of the staff. Course was awesome. Fairways lush , greens firm traps OK. Play it again anytime.
