The worst conditioned golf course I have played all year. It is not really worth the $16 dollar green fee of Thursdays. The greens on the front 9 were horrible. The back 9 was ok. The tee boxes are simply a joke. The fairway grass ranged from dry spots to thick grass...totally inconsistent. Play Menifee Lakes instead ok? ok

11/2010 we play at Seven Hills a great deal, it's the perfect place and price to play when you're trying to jump out at the end of the day for 9 holes. The course is getting in better shape but they have a long way to go. The greens are in fair shape, some really good and others simply horrible. Tee boxes are not great and the fairways still have some issues. What good is mowing when they leave all the clumps of clippings all over the fairway? The back 9 is in much better shape than the front 9. Pace of play is always slow ( 5 1/2 to an astounding 6 hours) and is one of those courses where golf etiquette is non-existent for the most part.

The course has been greatly improved over the last year and they are in process of fixing the sand traps. It's a perfect course for walking and we have no trouble walking it in 4 hours or less. They h... Continue »

The course has been greatly improved over the last year and they are in process of fixing the sand traps. It's a perfect course for walking and we have no trouble walking it in 4 hours or less. They have an all grass driving range with a lot of tees. Their are good rates for seniors and twilight rates during the week. The restaurant is good and they have a bar. Very friendly place. Saturdays have a open skins game.

The course is in as good a condition as I have ever seen it. I've played here occasionally for 25 years. A very straight forward course with limited hazards. Greens were very good; just remember there are no hills! Greens do not "break" as much as you'd expect.

First time on this course.. one I'd driven paste since the early 70's as a kid!! Expected it to be cramped, but found it to be quite nice for both new and experienced golfers.. some of the trees could use a little trimming back, but overall the course was in very good condition! Will come again!
