I'll start by talking about the conditions of the course. Del Monte might just have the best Tee boxes in the world! Absolutely perfect (level, lush, and divot free). However, be cautious of the direc... Continue »

Played here while I was up to play Pebble the week of April 17. This is a wonderful track. Like others have mentioned, don't let the relatively short length fool you. This is a legit course. Toughest... Continue »

Played January 3 in the morning. The course layout is okay. It is a pretty basic course for this area. We were staying at the Hyatt, which borders the course, so it was convenient. The greens were... Continue »

My first (and last) time playing Del Monte. Nothing bad about the course, it's just that I have to travel up to Monterey, I don't live there, so I'm looking for something more challenging and pleasin... Continue »

Played Del Monte today on an overcast day with little wind. Traditional tree-lined course with no water hazards. The course layout is not spectacular, but the conditions are. Paid $85 for twilight ... Continue »

I haven't played this course in years, but I will say this: everything I remember about Del Monte is that it looks like nothing and it will absolutely put your game to the test. This is truly histori... Continue »

Great overall course. I'm thinking the green fees are so high since it's related to Pebble. Other than that, I don't see the reason for the high green fees. Would play again if they offered a discount... Continue »

Played Sat. / Jan. 28. Teed off at 1 pm. Somehow got all 18 in. Great course, although fairways were pretty soggy. Greens were small and fast. Sandbunkers (and there are ALOT) were pretty tough to hit... Continue »
