Played sun 6/23, 12:30 tee time.. just played 9 holes... they let you pay for just 9 holes. HOT day, but didn't get the worst of it. First time here... I've played the McKenzie side a bunch of times.. first time on the Arcade. Playing with a beginner, and it was chill enough to let her take mulligans and give her little lessons. Got around in 2:15. Fun beginner course. They have tee boxes for all skills... It tips out at 6800. The greens were really good, surprisingly good. It's a basic parkland layout. Fairways more than playable, average muni shape. they have a nice restaurant with a great tap. Had a good time.

Played this course last week to cross it off the list. It is two nine hole courses that play as an 18. So sometimes it seems they let groups tee off the back which creates a log jam if your making the turn. A few months back some &ssh*le drove over all the greens in his SUV. They are patched up and you can see the ruts but surprisingly didn't effect any putts. The greens were by far the best part of the course. Small and other wise not very interesting but smooth and quick. I played the ball down and I don't think I had a good lie all day, fairway or otherwise. The back nine is much better than the front with the last three holes very solid golf holes. lots of beginners so it was a five hour round. I got a $21 special that included the cart and it was 68 degrees, so cant really complain. I walked and it was an easy walk. I would suggest playing the MacKenzie (see review) and playing the back nine as dessert, and bump the ball.

Arcade creek is in great shape because greens and fairways are very well maintained. Easy to get on to play. Not the most difficult course but Double Cross hole 18 is most interesting and challenging . You have to cross two ravines. Course conditions have improved over the past few years.

Red and Blue nines are what Arcade Course was formerly known. Both "nines" in excellent shape. Greens are superb, lush, slow, but fair.

Excellent value for players who want to jump on a course and pound drivers into wide fairways.

The reason that I like this course is that if you an a buddy want to all of a sudden play golf on a Sunday but were not smart enough to make a tee time...well then they can get you out for at least 9 ... Continue »

The reason that I like this course is that if you an a buddy want to all of a sudden play golf on a Sunday but were not smart enough to make a tee time...well then they can get you out for at least 9 holes in the afternoon. Other than that, I don't have much to say, other than the 18th is the nicest hole on the course with the best green (multi-tiered).
