Not a bad "beginner's course" for the price. Most holes wide open, creek comes into play on #18. Seems that the philosophy on course maintainence is to overwater when it gets hot, and the course plays second fiddle to the McKenzie course with regards to maintainence. This can lead to strange conditions, especially in the morning. But since the course is usually inhabited by those who don't replace divots or repair ball marks, it's a relative bargain for $15 for 9 holes.
