Great course, a great experience, and worth the greens fee. However, it was really challenging with the fast greens and narrow fairways. Anyone want to post tips to help my score out.

teed off early 6-13-08. The course is in absolutely perfect condition. I'm not sure I've ever seen it better. Every aspect of the course was perfect. The greens have to be among the very best in all of SoCal, including the private clubs. They're receptive, very smooth, quick, and free of ballmarks. Every lie in the fairway is lush and sits up nice. A tip of the cap to the entire staff at Industry Hills. Finally, they've finished the restaurant renovations. There is a great patio where you can have lunch, and the service is top notch. This is just a great facility.

My son and I teed off at 6:50am and we were loading the clubs back in the truck @10:45am. We had a foursome in front and a single behind, never waited and never hurried! Great course and conditions. One of the best courses for the money you can play for a public course. Beautiful and well maintained course, can't wait to play it again. Close to home, so gas expense was not a issue with today's fuel prices!

Played 4/1 and the conditions were wonderful! Cool nice day with slight breeze. My buddy and I parked, was driven to the club house, and the starter sent us out as a 2-some (weekday). After the 4th hole, there was no one in front of us and behind us. Fairways were the best I've seen. Lush and well kept. The greens were consistently fast that day, and beautiful. Tough course, but well worth it. Tight fairways so bring lots of balls. Overall, I would definitely repeat, or try IKE next time.

First time playing the Babe and enjoyed it very much. Definitely a course where you benefit from having seen it before. Shame the groups of occasional golfers decided to see every corner of the course on their slow trek round.

Very happy with the condition of all aspects of the course. Greens were in much better shape than those on the Ike when I played it last August. Some tough pin positions as you would expect but shot even par for the last 14 holes after a shaky start.

Overall, the $85 green fee felt like pretty good value. Highly recommended.

Played 3/15/08 before noon at tournament group after long time last played here. I heard they renovated the course to be easier than famed not easy course before but still this babe course is one of the toughest course around So Cal.Characteristics of challenging layout still dominate widely. Par 5 not reachable in 2,Par 4 no lengthy but very tight with o.b.stakes(a lot) & hazards intimidates average players,Par 3 lengthy (180-210)with forced carry over water( I remind #17 we had 208yrd against the wind so we calculated about 220yds & carry the water 185yds).

Now conditions of course I'd say "HARDPAN"everywhere.From tee boxes hardly can put the tee(I usually use long tee for driver but here it was not necesary I just used short one) to greens almost every shot bounced cause of firmness getting very hard to stop the ball. In consequence I never saw the ball mark even mine I couln't find out. Many people working on course to good maintenence .
Let me try again.

The last time we played the "Babe" was in 2005. The course seemed to be neglected compared to the "Ike" but times have changed. The "Babe" was in better condition the the "Ike". The fairways were perfect, greens rolled smoth and true and the new layout was quite enjoyable. Nice work!
