Played on 3-28-07. This is the nicest looking course I've played in SoCal, and it's a steal at the discounted weekday rate through click4teetimes.com. The scenery is beautiful and the course is in perfect condition. It's hard but not unfair. Stay out the rough because it's thick!

GREAT COURSE, This course was fun to play and I really enjoyed it.. For some reason I get par's on all the hard holes and took dbl bogeys on the easier holes.. weird.. Pins today were on some very level areas, I had straight putts on almost every green. Greens was a lil slow but they will be aerating them this week some understandable.. First time I played here and will definitely play this track again.. I loved that signature par 3, hole on the back 9, hole 14 (195 yards) !!! What a post-card hole...

I played yesterday (24-Mar-07) and the course was in overall great condition. The only real negative was that the bunkers had too little sand in some cases, and a few were just muddy.

Pace of play was good-fair with an 0820 start.

They have a very friendly staff there which is very service oriented. Suffice to say this is well worth the $90 weekend fee.

Was beautiful to get back out there, course was awesome, greens were in great shape, beat my friend there for the first time, victory was sweet.

The weather was cloudy and cool all morning, but did not affect the ball flight very much. The course was in great shape, lush fairways with very few divots not filled. The greens were lush, but slower than I expected them to be, and no ball marks. Some greens rolled opposite of what the terrain seemed to indicate, but the starter had mentioned that almost all broke to the SW, he was right. The bunkers were about 2-3 inches of soft sand with hard pan bottom, this was great for getting out of fairway bunkers, but caused a couple of us troubles on greenside bunkers, ball came out hot. Overall the playing conditions were great, staff was friendly, and helpful. $55 for seniors, $39 with Red Dot book, great deal.

Played Sunday, 3/18/07, on a day that started cold and foggy but cleared and warmed to a beautiful day with refreshing breezes. This is my favorite course in SoCal for its variety of shot demands, thoughtful use of the old quarry as a challenging golf course, and great conditioning. My eagle on number 8 (!!!) has no bearing on my evaluation. The shape and sheer walls of the old quarry funnel the wind along and across many holes here, and you need to be aware of these areas that can affect ball flight. Course was in great condition throughout, with greens receptive but pretty quick. Fairways, tees, and traps in good shape. A couple of lakes on the back nine (holes 10, 11, 12) were dry. Play was fairly slow but even, and we really never waited excessively for any shot. Friendly staff, frequent cart girl. Always highly recommended.

Played on Thursday, 3/8, and the course was as good as it could get. The fairways were perfect, the traps for a change were playable, and the greens, ah the greens. They are now rolling the greens as well as cutting them and man they were glass perfect. I have played here since opening day and the greens are in the best condition ever. They are very receptive, roll extremely fast and are smooth as glass and consistent from number one to eighteen. The layout of the golf course is very interesting and full of variety, all clubs will probably have to be used to score well. Then you come to the 14th hole, the signature par 3, and dang if it doesn't deserve the title of best par 3 hole in Southern California. The staff is very good at making their customers feel appreciated and pace of play, at least during the week is usually very reasonable, 4 to 4-1/2 hours. This is definitely one of the very best golf experiences the Inland Empire has to offer.
