Course was in very good condition and it seems that management is responding to the complaints about slow play. Finished today's round in 4 hours and was neither rushed or stalled on any hole. I think the trick is playing early, before 8:00am. The course does host a lot of tournaments so be sure to ask about them before you make your reservation.

He quit on 11, but another single joined us on 11. Very disruptive to your concentration. I like the layout, but I don't think that it's managed very well. Mike

Played on Apr 2 as a practice round for the SCGA Net Am Qualifier on Apr 5. Was surprised that the greens had been punched. I know it says they were done Mar 3/14, but it looks more like they were done about a week later. Overall, except for the greens, the course is in great condition.

Course is in great shape, food in the lounge is the best out of all the courses that I play.

Played on 3-28-05. Someone forgot to tells us greens had been aerated when we made the tee time or when we went out. Give it a couple of weeks before you play at this course to give the greens time to heal. Other than that course is in good shape. Great staff! Did the Donovan email special, $39 plus a free hot dog and chips. Not a bad deal!

the course is in great shape but their staff is very inconsistent. some of the golf shop staff will give you a rain check for a donavon daily rate and tell you it can be applied for a round. but other shop staff will say the rain check is only for face value credit and does not cover the cost of a round. there's something wrong here!
